Q: You write, "It always felt ironic to be a spontaneous source of clarity for others and yet totally in the dark as to where my own life was headed." How did you resolve that tension?
Q: You write, "It always felt ironic to be a spontaneous source of clarity for others and yet totally in the dark as to where my own life was headed." How did you resolve that tension?
A: As I began to settle into trusting my instincts, the tension quickly dissolved into joy. I discovered that I didn't need to know where I was going in my journey since life seemed to have a very plan in store for me. From that point forward, I was excited to watch it all unfold -- one mysterious moment at a time.
Q: What are some of the most important things you think a reader might take away from your new book?
A: From learning how to honor the four pillars of self-love to balancing out the inner polarity of masculine and feminine energies and exploring crucial stages of surrender, this book offers readers a clear blue print on how to integrate the ego and embody the light of your soul's potential in the most heart-centered way.
It also includes daily practices, activations, and
clearings offered at my group healing events that have never
before been put into print. This provides readers with
each necessary ingredient and every recipe to help co-create the most
inspiring, passion-driven, loving, and fulfilling lives that each of
us were born to live.
Q: How was the book's title chosen, and what does it signify for you?
A: Funny story. My editor, Sally came up with it, I believe. I had written the book but submitted it under a different title. After reading it, Sally says, "I love the book, but what if we call it Everything is Here to Help You?" I instantly loved it.

It's especially funny since my first book was submitted under
a different title and it was Tami Simon that came up with calling it
"Whatever Arises, Love That" since it was a catchphrase I wove
throughout my teachings.
So it seems to be a hilarious tradition for me to write
every word in my books except for the titles. I'm so grateful for the people I
work with who help me make each book the most incredible healing journey for
every reader.
Q: What are you working on now?
A: I am currently gearing up for my six-city book tour, preparing for a possible European tour next year, and letting my next book bubble up within me.
Q: Anything else we should know?

Q: Anything else we should know?
A: No matter how insurmountable the odds seem stacked
against you, or how cruel, frustrating, inconvenient, or painful any
circumstance seems to be, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
There is a reason why things happen the way they do and it’s
always in support of your evolutionary benefit. Life chose you to fulfill
an important mission. Are you ready? If so, you are in for the adventure of a
lifetime as you discover how everything is here to help you become the one you
were born to be.
